Our transactional forms come from the archives of experienced practicing Florida lawyers each with over 20 years of experience in the subject matter of the document library. Use our documents in your native word processor (Word or WordPerfect) or through our Document Assembly Engine. We include the more popular related governmental forms in their standard .pdf format, which can be used separately in Adobe Acrobat or with our free downloadable Document Assembler. 	Built-in Practical Advice & Laws - Our System contains in-program legal guidance from attorneys with over 20 years of experience in the subject matter of the particular legal document being created... thus the name MentorDocs. It also contains the text of select statutes, rules and regulations applicable to the document being created.
	One Time Data Entry - Our Document Assembler produces the completed documents with one time data input for all documents for the life of the particular legal matter. Our Assembler operates by identifying the common variables in the group of documents selected for preparation. It then allows the user to view the portion of each document where the variable is used. This is much faster, more user friendly, and more efficient that the typical document assembly software which follows a confusing interview process concealing the document until it is completed.
	*Standard Legal Clauses -* This Software allows the user to select from menus of standard legal clauses to complete any legal document, separately or within the Document Assembler.
	MetaData Clean Macros - Our System also contains macros for both Word and WordPerfect that run within your native word processing software to allow you to remove electronic comments, changes, remarks and other items (so called "MetaData") that are intended to remain private and confidential.

Document Organized System - Our System comes with a unique Document Directory System to organize the documents created. This System can also be used to organize and find your existing documents. Our document numbering system causes documents to essentially keep themselves in order.

Update Service available - Our forms are monitored and updated for changes in laws, rules and regulations. Our document assembler is also updated to add new features and for changes, additions and enhancements in operating systems and word processors.
